Trigenics Australia offers both of the Trigenics Functional Muscle Neurology educational program streams developed by the Trigenics Institute of Myoneural Medicine in Toronto, Canada. Each program is designed for specific educational and application purposes and for two separate groups of health professionals trained in various fields. A goal of providing both programs is to bridge the gap between Trigenics practitioners and Trigenics trainers and create opportunities for the public to experience the best Trigenics training and treatment services. The two program streams are:
1) THE REGISTERED TRIGENICS PRACTITIONER (RTP) PROGRAM
This program is designed for students and practitioners of recognised health provider industries of chiropractic, physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports medicine doctors, and massage therapists; who provide diagnosis and treatment for various neuro-musculoskeletal conditions.
2) THE CERTIFIED TRIGENICS TRAINER (CTT) PROGRAM
This program is designed for qualified exercise physiologists, advanced personal trainers and coaches and practitioners who have an interest in the prevention of training injuries and performance enhancement of training and competition outcomes.
Each program is divided into three separate regional courses consisting of the upper extremity, lower extremity and spine and mid-body. In the CTT and RTP program there are currently additional introductory workshops; and for those who complete all three RTP regional courses there is an Advanced Trigenics course.
On successful completion of each course in each program taken via Trigenics Australia, each candidate will be registered with the Trigenics International Institute of Myoneural Medicine and will be granted an official diploma of certification. Each registrant per program has three years to complete their full certification in the RTP or CTT program, and then each year after they are required to refresh at least one course per year for the purpose maintaining quality standards and updating on any advancement. To maintain a license as a Trigenics practitioner or trainer a nominal annual license fee is payable to the Trigenics International Institute of Myoneural Medicine in Canada.
Each course can be registered individually one at a time or for all all three courses in a program at once. See registration details for each course by clicking on the program headings above or on the left hand side of the page.
There are two separate educational program streams available in Trigenics Functional Muscle Neurology, the Registered Trigenics Practitioner (RTP) Program and the Certified Trigenics Trainer (CTT) Program.
